Physiotherapy Follow up Appointment

Physiotherapy follow up appointment related with the treatment plan discussed on initial appointment. Session includes physio manual techniques such as soft tissue, myofascial release massage, electrotherapy/ ultrasound or combination therapy, pulsed shortwave therapy if necessary. All techniques are directed to resolve the issue.

The video consultation is carry on online through the smartphone, tablet, laptop or any other devices with the internet connection and sound system on.

During that consultation Physiotherapist perform the assessment regarding of

the patient's symptoms , pain, limited range of motion, stiffness, increased tension, decreased strength, joint crepitations, instability.

There will be occasion to discuss the history of condition, medication taken, past or current therapy. If you have some medical documentation such as MRI Scan, Ultrasound Scan, can be also discussed once you send the evidence prior the consultation.
